Introduction
The Canyon is GMC’s midsize pickup truck that is available in Regular Cab, Extended Cab, and Crew Cab versions. The Canyon joined the GMC lineup for the 2004 model year when the Canyon replaced the Sonoma which was one of the first domestically built compact trucks when it was introduced in 1982 as the S-15. The GMC Canyon comes standard with the OnStar advanced communication system.
